How
does the Gift Card Program work?
The Gift Card offers the consumer a $1,000.00 incentive. The card
can be redeemed as follows: $500.00 discounted from your commission,
at closing, when they sell. $500.00 credit at closing when they
buy. A maximum of $1,000.00 per card. At closing, you will write
a check to the buyer for $500.00, which will show as a credit on
the HUD statement. The credit cannot be used as any part of the
down payment and must be disclosed to all parties to be compliant.
There is no expiration date on the card and the card denomination
can be customized.
How many Gift Cards do I get?
The Executive Packages includes: 1,000 Gift Cards, 500 Gift Card
Mailers and 500 invitation sized envelopes.
How do I mail them?
Agents who experience the highest success rates have purchased the
Executive Package and have mailed 400-500 gift cards in the invitation
size mailers to high-turnover areas, their sphere-of-influence,
past clients, expireds, FSBO's etc.,. hey keep the other 500
Gift Cards for hand-out purposes such as; chance encounters, open
houses, in lieu of a business card, etc. This process ensures the
highest rate of return from the product. However, many agents have
purchased the Starter package to test their market and the success
of the gift cards. Most of those agents have reordered the product
in larger quantities.
What is the cost?

information. Our prices are generally very static, however, if our
printer raises the printing quote to produce the product, we may
need to change our price accordingly. The Gift Cards and Gift Card
Mailers are produced by one of the nation's top printers who
also produces gift cards for Barnes & Noble, JC Penny's,
Qwest, Home Depot and some 150 other national brands.
What do you need from me?
1.) We need the telephone number you would like printed on the back
of your Gift Card. Please ensure this number will not be changing
anytime soon.
2.) We need the photo you want on the back of your Gift Card. Most
agents have us use the photo that appears on their company website,
if that works for you we do not need you to send us a photo. If
you choose to send a photo, email it to Art@TomlinNicks.com
When will my order arrive?
Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation within
24 hours. Once we receive the photos and logos you wish to use (not
required), a proof of your Gift Card will be submitted to you within
48 hours, weekends excluded. Once your approval has been received,
your Gift Card order will be shipped directly to you in approximately
3 weeks time. If you are planning to mail the gift cards, this will
give you plenty of time to create and refine a mailing list so you
will be ready to begin your mailing the minute your order arrives.
What about re-orders?
You can re-order additional Gift Cards at any time by calling our
offices at 800/ 220.6715. Re-orders will be priced at the then current
cost being offered by our printing partner.
What if I leave my current company and change offices?
Then you leave the Gift Card program and all the prospects resulting
from it. Our products are exclusively designed to provide an extraordinary
competitive edge for you and your company.
What about agent-teams?
A lot of teams order Gift Cards with the team photo on the back.
Not a problem.
What if I sign-up and change my mind?
There are no refunds or cancellations once your order has been placed
with our company. We do guarantee your complete product satisfaction,
however if the gift cards or mailers are damaged during production,
there will not be any additional charges for replacing the damaged
products.
