MARKETING CONSULTANT POSITIONS

Our Marketing Consultants are the end product of Tomlin/Nicks/Wells & Townsend ADVERTISING. They are the face of the company, the person our clients know best, the reason they trust us, and the reason they do business with us in the first place.

Each of our Management Consultants talks with new Broker/Owners about our programs and is responsible for expansion of our client list in their territory.
Our marketing posture is a great deal different than that of most companies so your flexibility and willingness to learn new, more conversational, more participatory communication will be important.

Our Management Consultants also deliver the services they promise, putting them in a dual role and completely responsible for the successful launch of the programs they sell. This is a very healthy business model for everyone in the transaction and keeps responsibility at the forefront.

You will need to be a proficient public speaker, who is willing to learn and rehearse massive amounts of detailed information for delivery in dynamic, fun and highly-informational group settings.

Successful real estate experience is required for this position. You do not have to have been the top producer in your market, but, you need to have had a successful real estate career as a foundation to build on.

Professional appearance and demeanor are an absolute requirement in this position. You will represent an agency that caters to the high-end market and we expect you to look like an utter professional every day.

Essentially, you will have to dedicate one year of your life to learning what we do, why we do it, how we do it, when we do it, and where we do it. We will make a Management Consultant out of you, that is, if you can make a one year full commitment.
